Thomas Benke and Alan Ellis sent a congratulatory message to the City of Khabarovsk on the 163rd anniversary of its founding. Tatyana Ivanova, Director of International Relations for the City of Khabarovsk, responded by saying “It was especially pleasant for us to receive the video congratulation both from the current President of Portland-Khabarovsk Sister-Cities Association and the former one. Our city is connected with both of you by strong bonds of friendship and many realized projects.
